One thing before I start, I love Steven Universe a lot. I also like your style ^^

Anyway, for vision...I think you did extremely well with the lineart. The anatomy is on point along with the details of the expression on Pearl's face. The coloring for this also looks amazing. I also think the shading you did is spot on as well.
For originality, I've only seen a few pics of Pearl when she was younger...so it's nice to see someone draw her like this. It's my favorite outfit that Pearl wears in my opinion.
For Technique, you did pretty well with everything mentioned in the stuff above. I also like some of the hues you put into the pic as well.
As for Impact, I think it brings a sweet, yet mysterious impact. It makes you wonder what she's thinking about and stuff...you know, gets you curious.


Overall, I think you did fantastic on this. ^^
